Xiaomi Poco F6 Series & Poco Pad may Enter Pakistan by the End of this Month

Poco’s sequel to last year’s Poco F5 series, the Poco F6 and F6 Pro are getting ready for official release. As is customary with Poco, this latest release is another ambitious (more on that in a bit) semi-flagship series, from design to hardware and everything in between.

We were surprised to learn from our sources that the Poco F6 lineup will be debuting in Pakistan on May 23rd as soon as its launch in other global markets. Our region is rarely on any brand’s priority list. There’s also a chance that Poco Pad may enter the scene.

Xiaomi Poco F6

The generic F6 carries over the display stats from its predecessor. You revisit the same 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with a higher resolution, but the rear-facing camera gets an uplift. The tri-cam system features a 50MP main driver and an 8MP shooter rows behind it. Though it isn’t typical with such phones, you’ll spot more than 8GB of RAM at the helm of these entries. And that’s exactly what makes them ambitious.

The camera set resides in a rectangular domino-style bump, spanning the entire upper horizon of its chassis. For selfies, you’re looking at a decent 20MP front-facing shooter (if the rumors hold). The Poco F6 will be in two white and black texturized colors.

As for the performance, the F6 may run on a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 clocker with Hyper OS pre-loaded right out of the box. Poco will sell you up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB onboard ROM. And to power up this hardware, you’ll get a beefy 5,000 mAh battery with a 90W brick.

Xiaomi Poco F6 Pro

Many of its details are alleged, with no sources to verify them. The Geekbench visit was helpful still, as it confirmed our hunch about 16GB RAM and Android 14 operating it. Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is the engine inside the F6 Pro. It cranks up to 1421 and 5166 points on Geekbench.

We found that the rumors are consistent about a full-view AMOLED dominating its front with a 6.7″ panel. And also that it might be delivering a 2K resolution. It seems plausible when you look at the base version.

The memory configuration with the ‘Pro’ variant is 16GB + 512GB, and the battery is upgraded from 5,000 mAh x 90W to 5,000 mAh x 120W. Poco has done a fair job of keeping things quiet about the Poco tab. Still, the grapevine has high hopes for an IPS 120Hz, Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, and stylus support with the tablet.
