Adnan Siddiqui (Urdu: عدنان صدیقی‎) is a Pakistani actor, producer and model. He was born on 23th October 1969, in Lahore, then he came to Karachi with his family and completed his early education in Karachi. Siddiqui has got his Masters’ degree in Marketing (MBA) from the University of Karachi. Adnan Siddiqui has worked in Lollywood and Hollywood and also made his debut in Bollywood with the Hindi film Mom (2017). He also has his own production house, Cereal Entertainment,churning out serials like Aadat and Ghughi. He performed a side roll in a leading Pakistani drama serial Mere Paas Tum Ho.

Early life and education:

Siddiqui was educated at the St. Patrick’s High School, Karachi.He is the youngest in a family of eight children, born in Lahore where his father moved from Uttar Pradesh before shifting the whole family to Karachi some time after the birth of Adnan.

Adnan got married to Palwasha in 1999 and has three children, two daughters Maryam and Daniya and a son named Zaid. His family belongs to Karachi. Adnan is a paternal uncle of another prominent actor Asad Siddiqui. Asad Siddiqui got married with Zara Noor Abbas in 2018. Zara Noor Abbas Currently Working In Ehd E Wafa.

Career :

He has appeared in many commercials and drama serials, including Uroosa, Pal Do Pal, Meri Adhoori Mohabbat, Meri Zaat Zara-e-Benishan, Doraha, Hawa Rait Aur Aangan, Choti Si Kahani, Vasl and Parsa. Siddiqui first started his filming career in the 1990s; he became notable for being cast in the popular drama Uroosa and one of the famous travel reality shows of the time Gulls & Guys directed by Shoaib Mansoor. In 2002, he was nominated for Best Actor (TV) in the Lux Style Awards and was its red carpet host.[9] He also played a small role alongside Angelina Jolie and Irrfan Khan in the 2007 film A Mighty Heart. In 2010, Siddiqui won Best Supporting Actor Award for Ishq Junoon Deewangi on Pakistan Media Award. He made his first debut in Pakistani film Yalghaar. Siddiqui has acted in the roles that were better suited for the young actors and he admitted that “people ask why I act with women half my age”.

Siddiqui has played numerous hit dramas in Pakistan television history due to his excellent skills of acting. He also worked in the Lollywood and the Bollywood film industries. The talented actor was nominated for the various award due to his performance in Pakistan TV. He was nominated on Hum Award for the best actors many times, such as in 2012 for “Meray Qatil Meray Dildar”, in 2013 for “Humnasheen”, in 2014 for “Aahista Aahisata” and in 2015 for “Karb”. However, Siddiqui was nominated first time in the Lux Style Award for best actor TV in 2002 and he was the host of red carpet in this award ceremony Following the years, he has also nominated on The 1st Indus Drama Award in 2005 for the best actor serial in a leading role and on the Hum Award for the best onscreen couple popular in 2017.

The actor also has won the two famous Awards in his career. The Pakistan Media Award was his first Award for the best supporting actor in 2010 due to his performance in the serial “Ishq Junoon Deewangi”. His second award was the Hum Award for the best actor due to his performance in “Sammi” in 2017
